Registered Valuer- Scope of Valuation in Companies Act, 2013

We have seen in our earlier article the role of Registered Valuers and how to become a Registered Valuer.

Companies Act, 2013 itself provides ample number of opportunities to the Registered Valuer for practice.

Today, we will discuss the provisions in Companies Act, 2013 which mandates the requirement of Valuation Report from a Registered Valuer.

Apart from Companies Act, 2013, a Registered Valuer also has a scope of valuation in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and SEBI Act as well.
