SEBI Circular on Relaxation from Compliance due to Corona Virus
Due to CoVID-19 SEBI vide Circular dated March 19, 2020 have grant relaxation to All listed entities that have listed their specified securities on Stock Exchange from compliance of various regulations of LODR, 2015.
The Circular shall come into immediate effect.
List of Compliances and Extension for Filings are followed:-
1. Regulation 7(3) relating to compliance certificate on share transfer facility
Due Date- 30th April, 2020
Extended Date- 31st May, 2020
2. Regulation 13(3) relating to Statement of Investor complaints
Due Date- 21st April, 2020
Extended Date- 15th May, 2020
3. Regulation 24A relating to Secretarial Compliance report
Due Date- 30th May, 2020
Extended Date- 30th June, 2020
4. Regulation 27(2) relating to Corporate Governance report
Due Date- 15th April, 2020
Extended Date- 15th May, 2020
5. Regulation 31 relating to Shareholding Pattern
Due Date- 21st April, 2020
Extended Date- 15th May, 2020
6. Regulation 33 relating to Financial Results
(Quarterly) Due Date- 15th May, 2020
Extended Date- 30th June, 2020
(Annual) Due Date- 30th May, 2020
Extended Date- 30th June, 2020
7. Board Meetings and Audit Committee are exempted from observing minimum time gap between 2 meetings of 120 days of meetings held or proposed to be held between the period of 1st December, 2019 to 30th June, 2019. However Listed Entity shall ensure 4 Meetings in a year.
